Obituary
Eiji Watanabe, 78-year-old, Manzanar-born, resident of Monterey Park, peacefully passed away on July 1. He is survived by his wife, Yuri Watanabe; son, Scott Yo Watanabe; daughter, Jennifer Midori Lieu; son-in-law, John Lieu; grandchildren, Lana and Landon.
Funeral service was held at FUKUI "Chapel in the Garden" with Bishop Yuji Matsumoto of Koyasan Buddhist Temple officiating
