Edmund Tetsuo Funaku, 90-year-old, California born resident of Monterey Park, passed away on January 13, 2020.  No service will be held per his request here in California.  A private service will be held on a later date in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He is survived by his wife, Hideyo; sister, Nora Yamamoto; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
