Private family services for the late Dwight S. Kawahara, 86-year-old, Hawaii born, resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on February 17, 2017, were held on Friday, March 24 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by his brother, Daniel Kawahara and his sister, Grace Imura; he is survived by his brothers, Denby (Setsuko) and Delano (Dawn) Kawahara; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
