Private family funeral service for Douglas Hedeki Okamoto, 50 year-old resident of Santa Ana who passed away on March 14, 2014, was held on Sunday, March 30 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.    He is survived by his mother, Eiko Okamoto; sisters, Donna and Doris (Ray Gomez) Okamoto; brother, Donald Okamoto; nephews, Zach and Nicholas Gomez; and other relatives.
