Douglas Masato Kanegawa, 60-year-old, Los Angeles-born, resident of Gardena peacefully passed away at Memorial Hospital of Gardena on June 30.  He is survived by her loving family; mother, Betty Akiko Kanegawa; sisters, Kathy (Rick) Ozaki, Patty Kanegawa, Nancy Tsuno, nieces Deena, Robyn, Kelly Ozaki & Minami Gessel; also survived by many relatives.

Funeral service was held at FUKUI "Chapel in the Garden", and Interment Service was held at Rose Hills Memorial Park with Reverend Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
