Memorial services for the late Dr. Doris Mamiya Okada, a 74 year old, Honolulu, Hawaii-born Sansei resident of Monterey Park who passed away on November 28, 2011 will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2011, 2:00 PM at Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles, 1255 San Gabriel Blvd., Rosemead, CA 91770.
Dr. Okada is survived by her husband, Victor Noboru Okada; daughter, Candace (Norman) Lao; grand-daughters, Krista and Kara Lao; siblings Anna Nicholas, Lawrence (May) Mamiya of New York, and Albert (Lolanda) Mamiya. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives both here and in Hawaii.
