Dollie K. Fukawa passed away at home on Thursday, January 14, 2010 surrounded by her family. Dollie was born in Visalia, CA on May 15, 1927, the youngest of five girls. She is survived by her husband George, sons Richard (Bernadette), Michael (Arlene) and daughter Patti (Shunji), grandchildren Kyle, Karissa, Stephanie, Kyra, Caroline and Jarred and sister Sue Fudenna.

Dollie's passions in life were family, friends and travel. She brightened everyone with her warm smile and her ability to reach out to everyone.

Her career path as an adoptions social worker enabled her to bring joy to many families. She will be deeply missed and remain in our hearts and minds forever.

Services will be held on Friday, January 22 at 11:00am at the Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA (310/831-0311). Burial will follow immediately.
