Funeral services for the late Dennis Okita, 86-year-old, Salem Oregon born, resident of Sharman Oaks who passed away on

October 1, 2024, will be held on Saturday, October 26, 10:30 am at San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 9450 Remick Ave, Pacoima, CA 91331.

He was predeceased by his sister, Arlene Taketa of WA.

Beloved husband of Barbara Okita; father of Kyle Okita of TX; brother of Angela (Glenn) Nakashima of OR; also survived by many cousins, niece, nephews, and other relatives here, TX, OR, and WA.

Casual attire is requested by the family.
