On September 9, 2015, Dave Y. Aoki (86) passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. He is survived by his six children: Brenda Aoki, Laura Ishikawa, Donna Yamada, Lisa Toailoa, Theresa Pereira, his son David Aoki Jr. and his fourteen grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Ester Kuratani, and brother ' Huch' Aoki. Dave was born and raised on a farm in Salt Lake City, UT, with ten siblings. He met his wife Bessie 'Boots' Wong while in the Navy. Once Dave received his Pharmaceutical Degree, they moved to Long Beach, CA, where he established Dave's Pharmacy on 2 ^nd St in Belmont Shore.

Dave's memory of being a loving, caring father and a generous, loving friend to so many will live forever in our hearts and we will never forget him. We love you dad. We will miss you.

Memorial service will be held at Gardena Valley Baptist Church , 1630 West 158 ^th Street Gardena, CA, on Sat. October 3, 10:00am
