Private funeral services for the late Damien Harumi Okada-Ozaki, 49 year-old Los Angeles born resident of Woodland Hills who passed away at West Hills Medical Center were held on Wednesday, November 15 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Clifford K. Ishigaki officiating.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Donn T. Ozaki; mother, Mary Okada; brother, Thaddeus Okada; sister, Claudia Okada; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
