Clyde Ikuta, MD

Dr. Clyde Ikuta, 82, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2020.  He is survived by his three children, Pamela, Tristan, and Courtney, and three grandchildren.  Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 1, 2020, at 3 pm at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be submitted at clydemikutamemorialfund.org .
