Funeral services for the late Clarence Iwao Nishizu, 95-year-old, Los Angeles, CA born resident of Fullerton, who passed away on January 25, 2006 at Evergreen Fullerton Healthcare, will be held on Monday, February 6, 7:00 P.M. at Wintersburg Presbyterian Church, 2000 N. Fairview St., Santa Ana, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
Predeceased by his wife, Helen; daughter, Julie Takamine; grandson, Brady Tanaka; sisters, Grace Fujita and Florence Sugimoto; he is survived by his children, Jean (Greg) Shikata, Carol (Richard) Matsuoka, Glenn Nishizu, Deborah (Paul) Hancock and Kathy (Gerald) Tanaka; grandchildren, Deron (Sylvia) Matsuoka, Lori (Glen) Tagami, Jill (Aaron) Axtel, Jennifer (Kim) Kira, Marc Takamine, David Shikata, Justin Tanaka, and Jordan Miller; great-grandchildren, Micah Matsuoka, Caleb, Josiah Kira, and Kate Axtell; siblings, Dorothy Okamoto, Ruth Goya, John (Trudes) Nishizu, and Henry (Miwako) Nishizu; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
