Chizuko "Sue" Fujihara passed away peacefully near her Torrance residence at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center on December 5 ^th at age 92. Born July 22, 1929, in Hilo, Hawaii, Sue was predeceased by her husband, James Kanou Fujihara.  She is survived by son, Darryl Fujihara, and his wife Cassandra, and daughter, Carole Chew, and her husband Bruce. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren: Allison, Chase, Paige, and Reanna.

A memorial service was held at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Reverend Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
