MRS. CHIYOKO TAMURA, 89, Honolulu, HI born Nisei resident of Los Angeles passed away on February 5, 2011. She is survived by her loving son, Tatsumi Jim (Nancy) Tamura; grandchildren, Dale and Greg Tamura, Kim Chiyoko (Matthew) Beard and Alison (Eric) Nauro; great-grandchildren, Joey and Mason Beard, Cole and Ryan Nauro, Sabrina Tamura and daughter-in-law, Nancy (Tak) Hamada.
Private family funeral service was held on February 12, at Fukui Mortuary, with Rev. Nobuko Miyoshi of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating.
