Funeral services for the late Chiyoko Mukai, 80 year old Hiroshima Japan born resident of Temple City, who passed away on Nov 10, 2008 were held on Thursday Nov 20, 2008, at Fukui Mortuary Chapel in the Garden, with Rimban George Matsubayashi of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

Chiyoko is survived by loving husband Henry, daughter Michelle Donahue of New Mexico; son Dennis Mukai; grandchildren Stephen, Christopher of Connecticut and John (Magdalena) Donahue of Oregon. Also survived by many other family members in Japan.
