Chiyoko Matsubara passed away peacefully on December 13, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Bob, and brother, Shingo Tanaka in Japan, many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces in Japan, California and Vancouver, BC Canada.
Chiyoko will forever be in our hearts. In lieu of flowers/koden, her wish was for contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
