Private services for the late Mrs. Chiyoko Goto, 100 year-old Kibei Nisei, who passed away peacefully on February 25 with family by her side were held on March 8th at Rose Hills Memorial Park graveside, with a minister from Pasadena Buddhist Church officiating.

She is survived by her loving family, daughters, Takako Murashige and Misako (Richard) Kawano; granddaughter, Ellen (Al) Shimamoto; great-grandsons, Matthew and Tyler Shimamoto; brother, Masato (Ayako) Yagami; sister-in-law, Yasuko Yagami; she also has family members in Japan, brother, Toshio Yagami; sister-in-law, Yasuko Yagami; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
