Funeral service for the late Chiyoka Yoshioka, 100-year-old, WA born resident of Placentia, who passed away on February 23, 2015, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 11:30 A.M. at Orange County Buddhist Church 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Kazue Yoshioka, daughter Judy Kiyohara, son Robert Yoshioka and daughter-in-law Sue Yoshioka; She is survived by her children, Jean Minako (Yukio) Tanaka, Bill Yoshioka, and Frances (Doug) Nuttall; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
