Obituary
Funeral service for Chiyo Okaneko, 92-year-old resident of Montebello who passed away on Feb. 18, 2008 at her residence, will be held on Monday, Feb. 25 from 11:00 AM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary (213)626-0441.
The deceased is survived by her sons, Carl Masao, Bryan Tamiharu (Janell) of Idaho and Greggory Okaneko; daughters, Karen Toshiko (Eddie) Kikuchi, Cheryl McFarlin and Marilyn (Daniel) Okaneko Drageset; grandchildren, Hope Sachi Kikuchi, Edward Makoto Kikuchi, Scott McFarlin, Taryn Clair, Erik Drageset, Lindsy Okaneko, Rebecca Okaneko and Jenifer Okaneko; great grandchildren, Taylor Okaneko, Sydney McFarlin, Riley McFarlin and Karson Clair; brother, Bob Shimao Adachi; sisters, Alice Sumile (Henry) Kondo of Idaho and Sylvia June Yusa; sister-in-law, Yayeko Adachi of Illinois; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
