MRS. CHIYO MATSUO, 90, Los Angeles, CA born Nisei resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2009. She is survived by her loving children, Donna (Paul) Dote, Michael (Dora) and Ernie (Pat) Matsuo and Elizabeth Yoshimura; 9 loving grandchildren and 11 loving great-grandchildren; brother, Yoichi (Yuki) Hara; sister Yuki (Tak) Hiyama; many nephews and nieces.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 5, from 10:00AM at Evergreen Baptist Church of San Gabriel Valley, 323 Workman Mill Rd., La Puente, CA .
