Obituary
Family services for the late Chiye Akimoto, 91-year-old Los Angeles-born Nisei resident of the city who passed away on December 23 at St. Vincent Medical Center, were held on December 27 at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Arthur M. Akimoto; daughter, June (Wayne S.) Gotanda; and five grandchildren; and other relatives.
