Catherine "Kay" Shishido, age 91 born in Colorado, resident of Gardena, passed away on Sunday March 20, 2016. She is predeceased by beloved husband, Chuck Shishido; daughter, Cheryl Oshiro; her parents, Magokichi and Yoshino; siblings, Marie, Hiroshi, Bob, Hoover, and Lilian.

She is survived by son, Jack (Jenni) Shishido; son-in-law, Gary Oshiro; grandchildren, Dr. Cherie (Dr. David) Oshiro-Johnson of IL, and Jon (Anastasia) Oshiro of AZ; great-grandchildren, Nikolas and Kyle Johnson; step-grandchildren, David (Jennifer) Ervin and Krissy (Tony) Pacifico; sister, Inez (Fred) Tanaka; brother, Minoru (Edna) Kuriyama; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 11:00AM at South Bay Community Church, 2549 W. 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90504, with Pastor Ki Tae Choi of Faith United Methodist Church officiating.
