Private cremation service for the late Carol Mitsuko Nakano, 77-year-old, Hawaii born, resident of Montebello, who passed away peacefully on January 20, 2024, was held on Thursday, January 25, at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Hibiki Murakami of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Wayne Masaru Nakano; stepson, Lance (Anna) Nakano; grandchildren, Bryant Nakano and Briana Nakano; cousin, Carol Nakano; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
