Celebration of Life service for the late Carl Shoichi Oto, 60-year-old, California native and resident of Harbor City, who passed away peacefully on February 10 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019, 9:00 A.M. at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.

He is predeceased by his beloved daughter, Caitlin Oto.
He is survived by his loving family, parents, Ralph and Margaret Oto of Hawaii; brothers, Alan (Hazel) and Michael (Marcia) Oto; sister, Patti (David) McNamara; he is also survived by a nephew, nieces, and many other relatives.
