Betty Toshiko Nakamura, born October 7, 1921 in Hollywood, California. Betty passed away December 1, 2016 at the age of 95. She was the loving mother of Patricia Hughes, grandmother of Carrie O'Grady, and great-grandmother of Maya and Fionnuala O'Grady. Betty was predeceased by sisters Grace Minazumi, Margaret Shimizu and Mary Nakaji. Betty was the favorite aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden" on Friday, January 27 at 11:00 a.m., 707 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 with Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
