Obituary
Late Betty Kimi Makabe, 98 years old, Hawaii Born, resident of Monterey Park, passed away on October 27, 2025.
She is survived by her loving children; Melvin Makabe and Lonin (Ricky) Lew
; granddaughters Michi and Keimi Lew (Dominic).
A private memorial service was held on November 29, 2025, at Rose Hills Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Michell Youg of Montebello Plymouth Congregational Church.
