funeral service for the late Mrs. Bette Miyoko Miyakawa, age 83,
who passed way on Dec 16, 2011 will be held on Thur. Dec. 29, 11:00 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 with Rev. Kodo Tanaka of Jodoshu North America Buddhist Mission Officiating.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Ted Susumu Miyakawa; children, Lori, Dawn (Spencer) Shimizu and David Miyakawa; grandchildren, Jared Shimizu and Lauren Shimizu; siblings, Sally Shizuko (Akira) Matsubara, Masami Iwazawa of Japan; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Misuko Tashiro and Noboru Miyakawa; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and In Japan.
