Ben Isamu Kawahata, 91-year-old, born Mitchell, Nebraska, resident of  Monterey Park passed away on May 18, 2018.

He is survived by his wife, Miyoko; daughters, Joyce and Diane; sons, Gregory, Brion and James; grandchildren, Jeremy, Sara, Nicole, Danielle and Savannah; great grandson, Dylan.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 26 at 12:00 pm at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden".
