A private service for the late Mrs. Ayako Yawata, 89 year-old, Fresno born, Nisei resident of Monterey Park who passed away on August 6th were held on Wednesday, August 14th at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Gate 10, Mausoleum with Rev. KarenFay Ramos Young of Centenary United Methodist Church Officiating.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Tom) Kaneshiro; grandchildren, Tricia (Kevin) Manell, Tracie (Fernando) Delgado; great-grandchildren, Melodie and Jake Manell, Drew and Derek Delgado; step-grandson, Nicholas Kaneshiro; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
