Funeral service for Ayako Yamachika, 90-year-old, Brawley, CA born resident of Orange who passed away on Dec. 10, 2011 at St. Joseph Hospital, will be held on Sunday, December 18 from 2:00 PM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by her brothers, George Suguru and Yutaka (Hisako) Nakamura; sisters, Fusae (Joe) Endo and Hideko Noriyuki; sisters-in-law, Mitsuye Yamachika, Fumiye Asachika, Sadako Tanaka of Arizona; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
