Funeral services for the late Mrs. Ayako Nomoto, 71 year old, Kagoshima Japan born resident of North Hollywood, who passed away on March 14, were held on March 26 at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden" , officiated by Rev. Kazuaki Nakata of Hompa Honganji Buddhist Temple.

She is survived by her husband, John Mitsuo Nomoto; son, Michael Koji (Julie Tomoko) Nomoto; daughter, Irene Keiko Nomoto; brothers, Isamu (Teruko) Kawanoue, Hitoshi(Midori) Kawanoue, Miyoko (Tomizo) Tateishi, Yoriko Kawanoue all in Japan; Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
