Asako Tanaka, 98-year old, Salinas CA born, resident of Los Angeles, CA passed away peacefully on January 16, 2012 at
Garden Crest Rehabilitation Center. Private service was held on Saturday, January 28, at Fukui Mortuary " Chapel in the Garden" with Bishop Taisen Miyata of Koyasan Buddhist Temple Officiating.
She is predeceased by beloved husband, Kakuo Tanaka; survived by her beloved daughters, Kay (Carl) Miyagishima, June (Teruhisa) Nishi of Oregon and Nancy Tanaka and niece, nephews and other relatives.
