Funeral services for Amy Emiko Ota, 87 year old Lakewood resident, who passed away on September 10, 2013, will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, 11:00AM at Jodoshu North America Mission, 442 E. 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA .
Amy is survived by her loving husband Seiichi Ota, children, May K. (Johnny) Ota Gushiken, Kenji (Liz) Ota and Joan A. (Mark) Ota Alexander of Washington; brother, Frank (Taeko) Ota. Amy is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
