Private funeral services for the late Alice Sumiko Kimura, 92-year old Fresno, CA born resident of Los Angeles who passed away peacefully on September 27th, was held on Saturday, Oct 9th, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rev. Shumyo Kojima of Zenshuji Soto Mission Officiating.
She is survived by her beloved children, Toshihiro (Yoshimi) Kimura of Los Angeles and Hisako (Teruji) Kasamatsu, Kyoko (Hajime) Shibuya, Yoko Kimura and Toshiharu (Katsuyo) Kimura, all of Japan; her sisters, Yoshiko Nakagaki, Tsuyuko Iwamoto and Toshiko Mizuno all of Los Angeles; also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren here and in Japan.
