Funeral service for the late Alice Katsuyo Kawasaki, known as a trusted and skilled hairdresser, 102-year-old resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on August 8, 2016, was held privately on Saturday, September 10, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Bishop Kenjo Igarashi of Sacramento Nichiren Buddhist Church officiating.
She is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews, Arthur (Lori) and Albert Nigorizawa, Karen Nakamura, Mark (Kristy) Kawasaki, Joanne Akasaka, Toni (Scott) Akahoshi, Gail (Chris) Jones, and Junko (Toshiaki) Toyoshima; also survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews, and other relatives.
