Funeral services for the late Albert Kenji Kakita, 66-year-old, Hiroshima, JA born resident of Torrance, who passed away on October 1, 2006 at his residence, will be held on Friday, October 6, 7:00 P.M. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., L.A., 90012 under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce Y. Kakita; daughter, Laura Kakita; son, Bryan (Brenda) Kakita; step-son, Todd (Blanca) Inouye; step-daughter, Lori (Daniel) Ringquist; grandsons, Tim, Alex, and Lucas; brothers, Kenny (Carolyn), Howard (Irene) and Allan (Charlotte) Kakita; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
