Private graveside services for the late Albert Masaichi Harakuni, 86-years-old, Honolulu, Hawaii born resident of Torrance, who passed away on July 1, 2017, were held on Wednesday, July 26 at Green Hills Memorial Park with Rev. Hayato Kurokawa from Sukyo Mahikari officiating.

He is preceded in death by brother, Ralph Harakuni.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Doris Sachiko Harakuni; daughters, Helen Hikari (Scott) Sumi and Iris (Peter) Lyon; grandchildren, Rachel Harumi and Caroline Atsumi Sumi, Emma Harakuni and Jane Lyndon Lyon; sisters, Masayo Harakuni and Miyoko (Ezra) Koike; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii.
