Obituary
Funeral service for Akeko Sawada, 94-year-old Arcadia born resident of Rancho Santa Fe who passed away on Feb. 12, 2013 at his residence, will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24 at 3:30 PM at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim, CA.
She is survived by her son, Howard Hisashi (Mika) Sawada; grandchildren, Euki Naoyoshi Sawada and Elli Yoshie Sawada; brothers, Akemi Miyake, Akede (Okie) Miyake and Tsukimi Doi latter two of Japan; sisters, Miyako Mizoguchi and Chiyoko Yoso both of Japan; many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
