Janet Shigeko Prentice, age 90 born in Japan, resident of Irvine, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 1, 2013. She is survived by her beloved siblings, Tetsuo Ted (Haruye) Sakamoto, Yuriko Seko of Japan and Nancy Sachiko Nakamura and survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in California.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 15, from 11: 00 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with Pastor Phil Twente of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa officiating.
